ENGdoc acted on behalf of the Mechanical contractor to ensure delivery of the co-ordination and builderswork as well as detailed apartment layouts for all unit types. The project involved working alongside the main contractor and engaging in regular co-ordination meetings in order to resolve clashes and issues within the model prior to construction.
Our remit included ensuring our client met all of their BIM obligations throughout the course of this project. This included carrying out regular clash detections, auditing of models, uploading to the site common data environment (CDE) and attendance at regular BIM meetings.
