Mechanical and Electrical O&M's at Mylan

ENGdoc were on site in Casla, Co. Galway today compiling the Mechanical and Electrical O&M Manuals for the Mylan building projects.

Mylan have been undertaking a number of expansion projects in Connemara this year.  ENGdoc are delighted to be working on behalf of the Tim Kelly Group to compile the Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals and ‘as built’ drawings for these projects.

Our services consist of carrying our two site visits per project.  The first, prior to the installation of ceilings, is to redline the 1st fix elements.  This consists mainly of mechanical services (pipework & ventilation) and electrical containment.  Our second visit is carried out just prior to handover. Here, we redline all 2nd fix elements – noting socket & switches, lighting, fire detection, security and final mechanical services outlets.

This allows us to produce comprehensive and detailed O&M’s for both the mechanical and electrical services installations.  These O&M’s are then taken by the end user to enable them to operate and maintain their building efficiently.
